KM Ergonomics will work with your corporate and/or site safety and health professionals
to review your existing programs and identify gaps. Based on this initial audit, a proposal of ergonomic
services custom designed to fit your site needs will be prepared. Of course, if site needs have previously
been identified, KM Ergonomics will also bid on specific projects upon request. Onsite ergonomic
consulting services include, but are not limited to, the following: - Assistance with the development of a corporate/site ergonomic program that meets state and/or federal
guidelines (as applicable)
- Performance of onsite risk assessments/job
analysis which identify ergonomic risk factors and provide job/workstation redesign recommendations to minimize or eliminate
identified hazards
- Handtool design recommendations
- Cost justification for suggested worksite
modifications (addressing financial benefits of increased quality, decreased non-value added time, and/or potential for decreased
injuries/illnesses)
- Assistance with the formation of ergonomic teams and facilitation of site ergonomic team meetings
- Assistance in the development of immediate and future action plans for tracking, prioritizing, and
resolving identified ergonomic issues
- Validation of worksite modifications
- Assistance with development/maintenance
of ergonomic resource materials including websites and training manuals
